You will be billed in Canadian Dollars. If you are placing an order from outside of North America and would like to know other shipping methods or more shipping details which are not addressed below, please email us at shop@staceyzhang.com and we will respond to your query ASAP.
TIMEFRAMES
Shipping takes 4 to 8 business days OR up to 10 business days if purchasing from China, Japan, Australia, the UK and others.
Please note that we do not ship without your payment being cleared first. All items are delivered by mail and if no-one is available to accept your package, then a card will be left informing you that your package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest post office.
WE WILL CONTACT YOU ASAP IF THE ITEM YOU REQUESTED IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOME REASON.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNSIf the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, you will still be charged the shipping fee. The price of the item will either be credited once we receive the item or upon your recommendation, simply re-sent to the correct address at your added shipping expense. All errors made on our side, will be at our expense.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We will be happy to ship your item to you outside of Canada – we ship worldwide. International orders might be subject to additional custom charges and duties. These charges vary from country to country and are applied by the destination government. You are solely responsible for these charges.
