HOW TO PURCHASE
When you find an item that you like, click the “add to shopping bag” button. The items you have chosen will appear in your shopping bag area located to the right of your screen. Click the link here anytime to see what you have put aside to purchase.
To finalise your purchase, click “checkout” which you will always find on the top right hand corner of your screen and also on the shopping cart page.
Please make sure the items, sizes and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting “remove” and re-add it correctly from the original item page. Once the order is confirmed, follow the payment instructions to complete your order.
CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press “submit” and an email confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this email confirmation, please email us right away.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Staceyzhang.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
TAXES
Residents of Quebec pay a 5% GST and 7.5% PST on the purchase amount for a total sales tax of 12.5%. Canadian residents outside Quebec only pay a 5% GST, except for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador, who pay HST tax of 13%.
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF CANADA ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ANY SALES TAX. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MEANS NO TAX WILL BE ADDED TO AMERICAN OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
CUSTOMS
For purchases shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
PRICING AND TAXES
All articles will be sold at the quoted Canadian price; for US orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suits you. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation email.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Despite our best efforts to synchronise the website merchandise with our stock, it could happen that some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In that case, we will inform you via email of an approximate time frame on a restocking date and give you the choice to wait or else fully refund your payment. WARRANTY
Detailed descriptions of material used and garment measurements are posted on the site, but should you have any questions in regard to merchandise you are purchasing, you are encouraged to email us prior to ordering at shop@staceyzhang.com.
